Responsibilities
- You'll support a portfolio of hedge fund and private equity clients, ensuring accurate fund accounting, financial reporting, and investor allocations.
- Manage client deliverables, investor communications, audits, and tax-related requests while ensuring compliance with partnership agreements and deadlines.
- Lead client onboardings, mentor junior team members, and help drive high-quality service delivery across the team.
- You manage multiple priorities with accuracy, have excellent attention to detail, and deliver professional communication under tight deadlines.
- You leverage advanced knowledge of Advent Geneva, Outlook, Excel and Word to drive efficiency and precision.
- Through IQ-EQ Launchpad we support women managers launching their first fund, in an environment where only 15% of all private equity and venture capital firms are gender balanced.
Requirements
- You demonstrate strong analytical and technical skills with deep proficiency in accounting and fund administration.
Nice to have
- You have 10 plus years of progressive hedge fund accounting experience, ideally including hedge fund administration or public accounting experience with alternative assets focus.

Compensation
- The salary for this position will be dependent on experience and location ($107,000 - $180,000).
