Version or service pack upgrade might cause the reports not to function as expected o File can be arrive at any time of the day but needs to be consistent o Daily sync report should contain the only active users.

And, must be US Citizen or Green Card.
o Oracle batch job might be used to run the SQL procedures as per the schedule and DBA needs to be schedule the same if required
o Java API might be used if required.
System administrator help might be required
