Salary Range: $64,491.00 - $105,949.50 Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate's experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.

Responsibilities

Software Design & Development:
Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of complex systems, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and efficient.
Assist in creating Domain-Driven Design (DDD) models for building robust and maintainable software architecture.
Develop RESTful APIs and microservices that can integrate with other services and platforms.
Work with the team to implement encryption and identity management solutions in the software you build.
Develop and run tests to validate the functionality and performance of applications, identifying bugs and issues.
Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure the quality of the product and minimize technical debt.
Support team members in solving complex technical challenges, using your knowledge to drive collaborative solutions.
Contribute to the design and implementation of strategies for improving system monitoring and maintaining system reliability.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technology discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of software development experience with a focus on backend development, full-stack development, or cloud-native development in Java technology stack.
Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment strategies.
Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mocha) and test automation.
Demonstrated experience with Security best practices (e.g., encryption, identity management).
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Experience with data structures and database design (SQL/NoSQL).

Nice to have

Banking and/or financial services industry experience is highly preferred.

Skills

Use your debugging skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues or defects in code.

Compensation

$64,491.00 - $105,949.50
