About the role
- We're seeking a Staff Product Designer to shape the creative and functional DNA of Dusk's platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead design for core product surfaces
- Define and evolve Dusk's design language and component system
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure design quality from concept to release
- Mentor other designers and help scale design culture across the company
- As one of the first design leaders, you'll define how the product looks, feels, and behaves - turning complex workflows into intuitive, visually elegant experiences.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS or creative tooling
- Portfolio showcasing excellent interaction and visual design work
- Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
- Strong grasp of UX principles, hierarchy, and system thinking
- Proven track record leading 0→1 or platform-level design initiatives
- Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting to stakeholders
