  • Job Details Director, Media Client Service Location: New York, Hybrid This is a pivotal role at the intersection of media, research, and client partnership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design and delivery of media effectiveness studies, including methodology selection, survey design, and analytical frameworks
  • Mentor and develop team members while setting high standards for research quality, rigour, and storytelling
  • Strong experience in market research and insights, with proven ownership of research design, analysis, and delivery
  • Deep expertise in quantitative methods, including survey design and data interpretation
  • By understanding people, we can understand what drives their decisions, actions, and aspirations on a global scale.

Compensation

  • The salary range for this role in New York is $102,200 - $125,000 RANGE USD Annual.
