A minimum of 13 -15 years accounting experience within the financial services industry, preferably in the investment management industry;
Strong knowledge of reconciliation and account analysis;
Excellent understanding of accounting and the ability to apply relevant investment company accounting rules;
Strong understanding and experience with a back leverage facility/financing structure;
Knowledge of season and sell strategy/treatment;
Solid analytical skills and ability to understand and resolve complex problems;
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word;
Knowledge of Investran.
Ability to elicit cooperation from and gain the confidence of a wide variety of participants including other departments and third-party service providers.
Understanding of investment exclusion rights/participation

Communication

Experience with Geneva and/or Geneva World Investor, accounting systems is a plus

$160,000-$225,000 + discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package
Reviewing quarterly and annual financial statements prepared in accordance with U.S. GAAP
