Requirements

  • A minimum of 13 -15 years accounting experience within the financial services industry, preferably in the investment management industry;
  • Strong knowledge of reconciliation and account analysis;
  • Excellent understanding of accounting and the ability to apply relevant investment company accounting rules;
  • Strong understanding and experience with a back leverage facility/financing structure;
  • Knowledge of season and sell strategy/treatment;
  • Solid analytical skills and ability to understand and resolve complex problems;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word;
  • Knowledge of Investran.
  • Ability to elicit cooperation from and gain the confidence of a wide variety of participants including other departments and third-party service providers.

Compensation

  • $160,000-$225,000 + discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package
  • Reviewing quarterly and annual financial statements prepared in accordance with U.S. GAAP
