About the role
- This is a named executive role for a professional who has built revenue at scale inside a professional services firm and is ready to do it again inside one of the most differentiated boutique advisory platforms in the country.
Responsibilities
- Own BAO's total revenue growth strategy:
- set targets, build the plan, and execute across all markets and service lines Build, lead, and develop BAO's Business Development team - recruiting, structuring, and scaling the function from the ground up
- Personally drive the firm's most strategic relationships:
- top PE sponsors, anchor clients, and high-value referral sources Partner with the President and Co-Founders to define BAO's market positioning, pricing strategy, and competitive differentiation
- Lead all go-to-market activity:
