About the role
- As Founding Designer at Endex, you'll define how financial professionals interact with AI in their most critical workflows.

- Onboarding & Activation: Craft the first-time user experience that takes someone from "what is this?" to "I can't work without this."
Responsibilities
- You'll design intuitive interfaces for agentic AI, building a design system that scales, and establishing the visual identity of a category-defining product.
- Design the end-to-end user journey for interacting with AI agents in Excel.
- Create intuitive interfaces for complex workflows (prompting, iterating, reviewing AI outputs)
- Build and maintain our design system from scratch.
- Work closely with Engineering and Product to ship designs.
- Design signup flows, pricing pages, and upgrade prompts that drive conversion
- You conduct research proactively and let insights drive your design decisions
Requirements
- Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma required)
- Experience designing complex workflows or enterprise software
- Experience designing AI/ML products or agentic interfaces
- Experience with design systems or component libraries
- Experience at early-stage startups (seed to Series A)
