- NEW Senior Project Manager As of 2023, Poulos & Bennett has partnered with Pape-Dawson to bring cutting edge technology, a vast network of engineers, and deep multidisciplinary subject matter knowledge to our projects.
- Our Residential Land Development team is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Orlando, Florida or Jacksonville, Florida office.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a dynamic group of technical professionals - engineers and technicians - to serve our clients well
- Develop trusting professional relationships with clients, public agency officials and community leaders
- Lead and actively participate in the design, plan production and permitting for land development projects
- Participate in the development of company design and production standards to continue excellence within our technical expertise
- Extensive knowledge of design and construction practices which, by passing on that knowledge to others, will aid in your success
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural or Civil engineering
Compensation
- $130k-$150k
