- You belong at SEH SEH is currenting searching for a Senior Water Resources Engineer to join our talented Water Resources team!
Responsibilities
- In collaboration with a talented team of engineering professionals, manage and deliver a wide variety of water resources projects including sediment transport, flood risk management, and dam safety
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SEH clients while mentoring and growing internal staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- Licensed Professional Engineer in the United States with the ability to obtain licensure in the state of Minnesota
- Demonstrated previous experience with open channel hydraulics modeling
- Knowledge of hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software such as HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, InfoWorksICM, or PCSWMM
- Occasional overnight travel will be required.
- Ability to travel as needed for team meetings, client consultations, on-site inspections/visits, etc.; Occasional overnight travel will be required.
Nice to have
- Experience in 2D Hydraulic models
- CFD Modeling experience
- Experience and interested in supervising and mentoring other engineers and team members
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Renewing Infrastructure.
- Improving Mobility.

Compensation
- Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $125,000 and $150,000 based on skill set and experience.
