  • Two years of IT management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field
  • A combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience supporting transportation operations
  • Experience leading enterprise IT modernization initiatives
  • Experience supporting government or public-facing operations
  • Lean Six Sigma (LSS), CISSP, or related certifications
