Responsibilities
- Support internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and corporate quality standards.
- Monitor daily operations to maintain QA/QC compliance under the direction of the Senior Technical Director.
Requirements
- Performs a variety of chemical, biological, and physical tests required for research, development or quality control.
- Bachelors degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Chemistry or Biology.
- 2 years of experience in a related occupation required.
- 1 year experience to operate and trouble shoot and repair the instruments including Ion Chromatography, TOC Analyzer, 6400 Calorimeter, ICP (Agilent), Gas Chromatography.
- 1 year experience communicating technical information to operations.
- 1 year experience with environmentally regulated constituents related to the stack emissions.
- 1 year experience in the hazardous waste industry.
- 1 year experience working with analytical instrumentation.
- Required Certification/Licenses/Training:
Skills
- Strong customer orientation.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple deadlines.
- 24-Hour HAZWOPER Training
- IATA Dangerous Goods Training
Compensation
- $90000 to $130000 Per Year, Depending on Experience.
