About the role

  • Our fulfillment team is the operational backbone of that commitment.
  • The warehouse fulfillment team is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining department productivity standards.
  • This role is best suited for someone who thrives in structured systems, works efficiently with minimal supervision, and understands that attention to detail directly impacts customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and maintain department KPIs following the training period
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, fulfillment processes, and operational standards
  • Support inventory accuracy through careful handling and organization
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to sit, walk, bend, twist, reach, and use hands and fingers for prolonged periods
  • Ability to remain focused and productive in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or collaboratively
