About the role
- Position will execute and oversee cleaning duties of patient care areas, work areas and general public areas as assigned and for overseeing staff for one shift in the absence of a Supervisor.
- Position coordinates and assists with all routine assignments and activities of Environmental Services.
- EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Successful completion of Level III program within one year of entry into the Lead role.
- Maintains and updates all staffing schedules, training requirements and PM project list.
- Establishes and maintains good communication with all department customers and monitors quality on a daily basis.
Skills
- Health Care Environmental Services knowledge required.
- Working knowledge of E/S floor machines and typical housekeeping equipment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to train staff and present classroom materials.
- Basic familiarity with computers.
- Ability to navigate at a basic level within web-based applications.

Compensation
- Salary Range: Min $24.94 Mid $31.18 Max $37.41
