About the role

  • Position will execute and oversee cleaning duties of patient care areas, work areas and general public areas as assigned and for overseeing staff for one shift in the absence of a Supervisor.
  • Position coordinates and assists with all routine assignments and activities of Environmental Services.
  • EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Successful completion of Level III program within one year of entry into the Lead role.
  • Maintains and updates all staffing schedules, training requirements and PM project list.
  • Establishes and maintains good communication with all department customers and monitors quality on a daily basis.

Skills

  • Health Care Environmental Services knowledge required.
  • Working knowledge of E/S floor machines and typical housekeeping equipment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to train staff and present classroom materials.
  • Basic familiarity with computers.
  • Ability to navigate at a basic level within web-based applications.

Compensation

  • Salary Range: Min $24.94 Mid $31.18 Max $37.41
