About the role
- Expert communication, problem-solving, and having an innovative spirit will be the keys to success in this role.
- You'll be working cross-functionally with teams of Product Engineers, Product Managers, Data Engineers, Sales and Marketing Managers on some of the most critical projects in the company.
- Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and conduct deep-dive research to identify opportunities for revenue growth and expansion of products to support consumer and Small Businesses
- Design, develop, and program methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse data sources to generate actionable insights and solutions for client services and product enhancement
- Develop and code software programs, algorithms and automated processes to cleanse, integrate and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources
- Research and develop audience segmentation, propensity and recommender models to enable personalized experiences, improving customer engagement and increasing sales
- Manage data governance and best practices to ensure data integrity and privacy by design

Requirements
- Requires a Master's degree in Business Analytics and Project Management, Data Science, a related field, or a foreign degree equivalent.
- 5 years of experience in job offered or related occupation.
- 5 years of experience in with the following:
- 5 years of experience performing data science within an eCommerce, Marketing, sales or customer analytics environment to generate actionable insights and solutions for client services and product enhancement;
- 5 years of experience utilizing causal inference analysis and experimentation design for A/B Testing;
- 5 years of experience applying data processing and modeling using SQL and Python to extract, transform, integrate, and analyze large and complex datasets from multiple internal and external data sources;
- Must have 5 years of experience in job offered or related occupation.
