Own the full recruitment and placement lifecycle, from sourcing and outreach to interviews, offers, and successful placements.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of travel therapy professionals through calls, texts, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
Negotiate compensation and placement packages that create value for both clinicians and clients.
Maintain ongoing communication and support with traveling clinicians to increase satisfaction, retention, and future opportunities.
Partner with internal teams to create a seamless experience from initial contact through assignment completion.
Sales-oriented mindset with a competitive drive and passion for achieving goals.

bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or relationship management preferred.
High school diploma or GED required
