About the role

  • This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.
  • Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.
  • This role requires a combination of hands-on approach and critical reasoning and thinking, use of data to guide work, being comfortable challenging convention and, in some cases, influencing line leaders to reassess how work is done.

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, including HR experience, business partner or generalist experience with data, analysis, trends and reports

Nice to have

  • This role requires a combination of hands-on approach, critical thinking, and use of data to assess organizational and people-related risks associated with workforce changes.
  • Responsible for being a highly effective resource to line management on organizational and people related planning and execution tactics.
  • Provide insightful data to guide decision making and offer proactive solutions, solving problems and getting to the root cause of any issue, regardless of complexity.
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
  • Strong sense of the importance of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Superior communication skills and the ability to communicate large, complex change strongly preferred.
  • Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

Skills

  • HR designation (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) strongly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI tools preferred.
  • ServiceNow experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail with effective problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
