About the role

Our TP-Link, Tapo, and Kasa official websites are core to customer education, product conversion, and global brand credibility.

Today's team structure does not allow us to maintain high UX quality or manage large-scale redesign projects with agencies.
Oversee website content updates (product pages, campaigns, landing pages, support content) Conduct UX audits, user behavior tracking, and analytics to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
Maintain and evolve internal documentation, including UX guidelines, component usage rules, content governance standards, and workflows.

Produce wireframes, prototypes, and UX specifications that guide development teams on visual and functional requirements.
Ensure brand consistency by enforcing visual guidelines, tone-of-voice standards, component usage, and content structure across all web pages.
Bachelor's Degree in a design-related field (UX/UI, HCI, Digital Media, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience).

Strong CMS experience (WordPress, Drupal, Contentful, or similar) Strong writing/editing skills for customer-facing digital content.
