Responsibilities

  • Ability to perform high temperature thermal insulation fabrication.
  • In addition to the above, Insulators are to maintain an organized, clean and safe work area using safety standards and expectations while adhering to all quality practices.
  • Summary- Performs various simple fabrication, process, and assembly operation in production of low and high temperature insulation forms, blankets, and related products.

Requirements

  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply a general understanding to carry out detailed, written and oral instructions.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Mathematical Ability: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Skills

  • Language: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Other Abilities: Must be able to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Equipment used:
  • Motors, ovens, freezers, forming molds, vacuum pumps and any other equipment as deemed necessary by the supervisor.
  • Materials used:
  • Annual Target Salary = $43,680.00
  • Monday - Friday 1st Shift 5:00am - 3:30pm
  • Such licenses can take several weeks/months to obtain from the U.S. Government.

  • Education and/or Experience:
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree; or 1- 2 years of related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Traded on the London Stock Exchange, Senior designs and manufactures high-technology components and systems for the worldwide aerospace, defense, land vehicle and power & energy markets.
