  • Provides timely and accurate schedule updates. · Achieves month to month Total Forecast Variance of 10% or less. · Manages the primary trade's contacts (Architectural, Electrical, Mechanical (HVAC) & Process Pipe) to ensure each build is in accordance with all the Construction Specifications, applicable close, Location Specific drawing Packages, Construction Scope Change Control processes and the applicable Terms & Conditions. · Provides weekly Construction Progress Updates (for each tool in construction within the assigned area) that indicate accurate per-tool risk assessments, with feasible mitigation plans for each element of risk. · Adheres, monitors & verifies quality of project deliverables and Third-party contractor activities to validate that all installations meet minimum performance standards and Intel's "Copy Exact" criteria.
