About the role
- Monstercat is seeking an entrepreneurial, relationship-driven Sync & Partnerships Manager to join our team.
- This is a revenue-generating business development role for an experienced sync licensing professional with an existing network of music supervisors, agencies, brands, production companies, publishers, or other buyers.
- We're looking for someone who thrives on ownership and doesn't wait for opportunities to come to them.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with our Head of Sync & Partnerships, you'll own opportunities from initial outreach and creative pitching through negotiation, contracting, licensing, and payment collection.
- This enables our team to move quickly, reduce friction for clients, and focus on what matters most: building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing deals.
Compensation
- $70k-$80k
