About the role

  • You will begin by learning the operational side of the business: carrier communication, shipment tracking, load coverage, appointment scheduling, documentation, and problem-solving.
  • You will be trained on the systems and tools used in modern freight brokerage, including McLeod TMS, customer and carrier communication tools, freight market resources, and internal AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Support Account Managers with scheduling, negotiations, issue resolution, documents, and customer requirements.
  • Build relationships with carrier partners.

Requirements

  • No freight brokerage experience required.
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through required.
  • Must be comfortable working full-time, 100% on-site.
  • Must be able to commute to the assigned office location.

  • Competitive base salary with bonus opportunities. Compensation is based on approved company range, location, experience, and overall fit. Strong performers may be eligible for accelerated responsibility and compensation review.

Nice to have
