Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and develop laboratory staff while maintaining company and safety standards.
- Identify and implement improvements to laboratory processes, efficiency, and testing accuracy.

Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in a construction related field.
- Minimum 5 years working in a construction materials or geotechnical laboratory.
- The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, including required calibrations and preventative maintenance.
- CCRL Proficiency Sampling
- AASTO Proficiency Sampling
