About the role

  • This role will sit onsite, likely in a hybrid capacity, at the location(s) listed in this posting.
  • The anticipated term of this engagement will be 3 months.

Responsibilities

  • Manages and implements new strategies for candidate communication, including the scheduling of interviews and answering of candidate questions.
  • Builds a pipeline or network of targeted talent pools by representing the organization at employment fairs, on-campus recruiting activities, etc.
  • Manages job listings on internal and external sites.
  • Counsels hiring managers regarding recruiting strategies and practices that support the goals and direction of the organization.

Compensation

  • Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
