Responsibilities
- Help drive the overall success of the practice by achieving patient satisfaction, team engagement, and key operational and financial objectives.
- Lead, coach, and support office team members through training, mentorship, and delegation of tasks.
- Remain adaptable and willing to take on a variety of responsibilities to support the needs of the practice.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow with attention to detail.

Requirements
- Minimum 2-5 years experience successfully leading/managing.
- Ability to deal effectively with multiple personalities at all levels.
- Ability to think strategically.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience Required:
Compensation
- $55,000/year - $70,000/year
- Track and review production, collections, and accounts receivable metrics on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
