About the role

  • Assist in resolving part-related issues by escalating concerns to the appropriate teams.
  • Monitor and update part order statuses in Oracle.
  • Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and identify potential improvements.

Responsibilities

  • This role supports manage order tracking, inventory accuracy, and part availability.
  • The coordinator collaborates with various departments including sourcing, logistics, and engineering, gaining exposure to supply chain processes while contributing to daily operations and process improvements.
  • Support in developing standard operating procedures related to order management and material handling.
  • Support data entry and reporting tasks related to inventory, part readiness, and order execution.
  • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making on part prioritization and allocation.

Compensation
