About the role

  • Work Hours: Fri., Sat., Sun and Mon. - 6am-4:30pm (10 hour shift).
  • Position is on-site The Cash and Trade Processing Representative 2 is an entry level role responsible for processing basic and routine cash & trade operations in coordination with the Transaction Services team.

Responsibilities

  • Apply basic technical knowledge to ensure efficient customer service that meets quality standards Assist with activities related to compliance and control Perform job duties by following detailed procedures or explicit instructions under direct supervision Aid in internal and external customer contact Serve as a backup processor for team members during high volume periods Fulfilling the clients' necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.

Compensation

  • $39,520.00 - $46,810.00 In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
