Positions located in Scottsdale, San Francisco, Chicago, or New York follow a hybrid work model to allow for a more collaborative working environment.

Partner with Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, Analytics, Architecture, Security, and Governance teams to deliver scalable platform capabilities that support enterprise data needs.

5+ years of experience in Product Management, Data Product Management, Platform Product Management, Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or related disciplines.
3+ years of experience working directly with technical teams such as Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, Software Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or Data Architecture.
Experience delivering internal platforms, developer tools, data products, or enterprise technology capabilities.
Strong understanding of modern data platform concepts including data pipelines, data lakes/warehouses, orchestration, metadata, governance, observability, data quality, code management, and application deployment.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and business outcomes.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira.
Working knowledge of SQL and modern data engineering concepts and workflows.
Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently.
Employee must be able to perform essential functions and physical requirements of position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Master's degree in STEM or related field.
Prior hands-on experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Architecture, or a related technical discipline.
Experience designing developer or data platform experiences for technical users.
Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, data quality, lineage, observability, and access management practices.
Experience supporting cloud modernization and migration initiatives.
Experience with modern cloud data platform architectures and technologies, including platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or equivalent data lakehouse, data warehouse, and data engineering ecosystems.
Experience working with large-scale distributed data environments.
Proven track record of launching and scaling platform capabilities that improve developer productivity and platform adoption.
