Responsibilities
- Experience building or maintaining compliance matrices and supporting documentation
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement compliance policies and internal controls

- As Arc's Senior Compliance Specialist, you will own the compliance backbone that protects Arc's contracting activities across its commercial and government channels.
- That means reviewing solicitations and regulations to keep every proposal and contract compliant, building and enforcing company-wide policies to manage risk, and representing Arc credibly to regulators, auditors, and government agencies.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in proposal compliance, contracts administration, or government contracts compliance
- Strong working knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS) and solicitation structure (Sections L/M)
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to catch issues others miss under deadline pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Public Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Nice to have
- Experience with small business certifications (SBA programs), socioeconomic set-asides, or similar
- Background in defense, aerospace, or maritime contracting
- Paralegal, contracts, or legal background
- Experience supporting both commercial and government compliance regimes simultaneously
- Familiarity with SAM.gov, eBuy, GSA schedules, or similar systems
- Comfortable pushing at a fast but sustainable pace
- Enthusiasm for boating and the water

Compensation
- The base salary for this role is $140,000 annually.
- As well as semi-annual bonuses tied to your impact, not just your tenure.
