About the role
- We are seeking a high-performing and highly collaborative individual to be a Strategy Manager in the team.
- This role is responsible for a diverse set of strategy projects.
Responsibilities
- Strategy projects: drive/support a portfolio of projects led by the Head of Corporate Strategy and/or any of the Directors and Senior Strategy Managers in the Corporate Strategy team, partnering with leaders across LSEG's business and functions
- Ability to develop clear and pragmatic recommendations and plans
- Ability to build, contribute and develop relationships with key partners and represent the Corporate Strategy function

Requirements
- Critical thinking and ability to tackle complex problems in a structured manner
- Ability to reach across LSEG to bring the right expertise and diversity of perspectives together based on context and business need
- The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the LSEG Corporate Strategy and previous experience in strategy consulting / in-house strategy roles or corporate development.
Nice to have
- Experience of conducting market and competitive landscape assessments
- Experience of commercial due diligence a strong plus
- financial market infrastructure, financial services data, AI, B2B data and analytics businesses, technology transformation, platform business models, big data and cloud.

Compensation
- The anticipated base salary for this position is $114,200 - $190,400.
- Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state.
- In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/"bonus plan").
- Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
- LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match.
