Responsibilities
- Perform regular physical security tours and inspections to identify vulnerabilities or maintenance needs.
- Utilize video surveillance analytics and integrated technologies to support investigations and operational efficiency.
- Support the Site Security Manager during crisis events, acting as a liaison between the site leadership team, security operations center and field personnel.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a high-security environment (e.g., Data Center, or Critical Infrastructure).
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and physical tasks (lifting, climbing ladders, walking, or standing for multiple hours in/outside) in a mission-critical environment.
- Frequent travel may be required as needed.
- Personal protective equipment is required at industrial and construction sites.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Gather data and documentation required for ISO 27001, SOC 2, and NIST audits.
- Proficient with Microsoft suite, JIRA, Confluence, Slack, Smartsheet and other organizational apps.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for incident reporting and stakeholder interaction are a must.
- Professional certification (e.g., ASIS CPP or PSP) is an advantage.
- Location
- On-site. This role is available in Muskogee, OK. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance of the selected location.
- Work Environment
- This job is operated in a professional office, warehouse, and data center environment. It routinely uses standard office equipment, including laptop computers, photocopiers, smartphones, ladders, forklifts, and scissor lifts. Personal protective equipment is required at industrial and construction sites.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or 4+ years of relevant experience in physical security operations.
- Strong technical proficiency with Genetec, Axis, and HID platforms is highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of industry compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001) is a plus.
- Military or law enforcement background preferred.
