Conducting critical observation of raw materials, packaging, and products used during manufacturing to identify and resolving issues as well as drive opportunities for improvement.
Collecting and analyzing data gathered during production to help drive meaningful improvements to Key Performance Indicators.
Helping lead continuous improvement activities.
Must reside within a 1-hour drive of Latrobe, PA

Minimum of 3 years quality and operations food experience (beverage preferred) within CPG industry.

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 and is dependent upon the candidate's experience prior to joining Spindrift.

Reporting to a Manufacturing Site Manager, the Manufacturing Site Supervisor will be responsible and accountable for executing and helping to improve onsite manufacturing of product to the highest levels of food safety, quality, and productivity.
Working with co-manufacturers, contracted engineers, and internal customers to help commission Spindrift specific capital projects.
