About the role
- Tufts University Occupational Health Services provides work-related medical services to university faculty, staff, and employees, with the goal of preventing and minimizing health risks.
- On the Boston campus, Tufts Occupational & Student Health Services will provide health services and same day health services to faculty, staff, and students using a unique blended model responding to the needs of Tufts' entire Boston community.

Responsibilities
- Manages care according to established guidelines.
- Coordinates with other team members to optimize patient care and promotes a healthy campus environment.
- Supports return to work and school through virtual and in-person follow-up appointments.
- Maintains accurate clinical records.
- Maintains current knowledge of relevant nursing practices, guidelines, and regulations to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in interprofessional groups.
- Experience working within multidisciplinary teams.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Massachusetts Worker's Compensation law, HIPAA, OSHA, and ADA
- Infectious disease nursing experience
- Case management experience
- Minimum $81,200.00, Midpoint $101,600.00, Maximum $120,900.00

- A bachelor's degree in nursing and at least 3-5 years of clinical experience in an ambulatory care setting, such as: emergency department, primary care, and student or occupational health
- Experience using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and healthcare technology.
- Mental health services for students are provided through a mix of on-site and virtual consultations.
