- The Pro Center of Excellence (CoE) is a high‑impact solutions consulting organization supporting UKG's Pro HCM, Payroll, and Workforce Management portfolios.
- As a Presales Solution Consultant, you help customers envision how UKG solutions can solve meaningful workforce challenges.
Requirements
- This team plays a critical role in shaping customer experiences by combining deep product knowledge with a strong understanding of business challenges across industries.
- Experience with human resources, payroll, or related enterprise software solutions a must
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. #LIREMOTE
Nice to have
- Willingness to travel for customer engagements when required (travel may exceed 50%).
Skills
- The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location.
Compensation
- The pay range for this position is $115,100 to $165,450.
- In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
