About the role

  • Clyde & Co US LLP seeks a Senior Counsel attorney to join our growing insurance coverage litigation practice in Seattle.
  • This practice provides strategic guidance to insurance companies on first-party and third-party coverage analysis and defends against alleged bad faith claims in Washington and other jurisdictions nationwide.
  • The salary range for this position is $200,000 - $235,000.

Compensation

  • Performance Bonuses - In addition to annual performance-based bonuses, our monthly bonus plan gives you the opportunity to earn up to $2,000 per month!
  • The salary range for this position is $200,000 - $235,000.

  • Prepare and analyze pleadings, discovery, motions, supporting briefs, and legal correspondence regarding insurance coverage litigation.
  • Has experience in insurance coverage and coverage litigation or a commercial litigation background with an interest in insurance coverage work.
