Production Planning & Execution Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure production schedules, quality standards, and delivery commitments are achieved.
Collaborate on and execute production plans, allocating labor, equipment, and materials to maximize efficiency and throughput.
Leadership & Workforce Development Supervise, mentor, and develop production employees, leads, and supervisors.
Support hiring, onboarding, training, and workforce development initiatives.
Promote employee engagement and maintain a positive, respectful work environment.
Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce workplace hazards and incidents.
Implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce defects and improve overall product consistency.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing waste, improving workflow, and increasing productivity.
Support Lean Manufacturing principles and the implementation of standardized work processes.
Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, Inventory, Project Management, and Shipping teams to ensure successful project execution.

Ensure production teams have the materials, drawings, tools, and information required to perform work efficiently.

Monitor production progress and proactively address bottlenecks, delays, and resource constraints.
Coordinate workflow between fabrication, welding, assembly, finishing, and shipping departments.
Ensure projects remain on schedule while maintaining quality, safety, and cost objectives.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and feedback, and address performance concerns when required.
Safety & Compliance Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
Conduct regular safety inspections, observations, and incident investigations.
