About the role
- WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH You will report directly to the Sportswear Production Art Senior Manager, while working in collaboration with fellow Production Artists and Graphic Designers, Color Designers, and Product Designers.
- You will do this by leveraging 2D and 3D tools.
- In addition to creation, you will be responsible for tracking and maintaining updates on all appropriate files for accuracy through final approval.

- 5+ years of experience in a design and/or production environment

- Advanced knowledge of Illustrator and Adobe Suite
- Advanced knowledge of graphic applications such as ink types and trim substrates
- Expert-Level listening, communication, organization, problem-solving skills
- Laser focus on the critical details that often get missed
- Ability to multi-task amidst competing priorities
- Basic understanding of 3D apparel programs (CLO or Lotta)
- Understanding of Smartsheets, Airtable, and Miro is a plus
- If this is you, you will be working on highly visible product across Accessories Design, including (but not limited to) Global Football, Basketball, Kobe, and Sportswear.

- A typical day could include Production Art meetings and alignment, high-volume schematic creation and lay-down product page creation, creating documentation for downstream partners and reviewing strike-offs.
