About the role
- include driving yield ramp and improvement, managing excursions, and optimizing product cost through yield, test efficiency, and manufacturing performance.
- The role ensures manufacturing readiness, production stability, and resolution of yield issues across fab, assembly, and test.
- Deep understanding of ATE, characterization, and yield analysis, along with experience driving cross-functional execution across the full product lifecycle, is essential.
Nice to have
- Experience with data center power architectures (AC-DC, DC-DC) and familiarity with power module packaging, thermal behavior, and high-current test methods are preferred.
- Additional strengths include statistical yield analysis, reliability and qualification methodologies, and experience with test automation and data analytics in manufacturing environments.
