- Job Details The Senior Warehouse Operator is responsible for executing material handling operations, ensuring the efficient movement of goods, managing inventory, and supporting warehouse activities.

Responsibilities
- Maintains a high level of accuracy, even under pressure.
Requirements
- Perform both physical and system-related tasks required for receiving resin into silos, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures.
- 3 years: Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment..
Nice to have
- Familiarity with working in an FDA-regulated industry. - Preferred
Skills
- Demonstrated written communication skills.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Performs work independently with minimal supervision.
- Possesses a high degree of initiative and problem-solving ability.
- Demonstrated customer service skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and best practices for workplace safety.
- Proven expertise in material handling operations.
- Understanding of Quality Systems, ISO regulations, and GMP practices.
- Knowledge of general warehousing, shipping, traffic, and inventory management functions.
- Forklift Certification/License
- Training/Certifications
- Computer Literate: Company ERP System, Excel, Word
Compensation
- The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate's location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles.
- Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics' employee compensation.
- For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms.
- For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms.
- Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role.
