About the role

  • We're looking for a Senior Accountant to join our finance team.
  • We operate at the intersection of innovation, scale, and disciplined financial execution - and this role sits at the center of it all.

Responsibilities

  • Perform account reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reviews in close partnership with business stakeholders
  • Support financial reporting, external audits, and internal controls
  • Maintain general ledger integrity and drive process improvements and system enhancements across ERP and automation tooling
  • Collaborate on strategic projects spanning new monetization models, international expansion, product launches, and M&A support

Requirements

  • Active CPA license (required)
  • Experience spanning both early-stage startups and public companies
  • Strong breadth of GAAP expertise and the ability to communicate accounting concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Comfort with and curiosity about modern finance systems - crypto, Ramp, Brex, ERP, and automation tooling
  • The ideal candidate is meticulous, thrives in fast-moving and ambiguous environments, communicates with clarity, and brings a proactive, process-oriented mindset to everything they do.

Nice to have

  • high transaction volume experience is a strong plus
  • 2+ years of Big 4 experience strongly preferred
  • 2-6 years of progressive accounting experience at technology or high-growth internet companies
  • SQL skills are a plus (we're happy to teach)

Compensation

  • Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes under US GAAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
