About the role
- This role is focused on enhancing end-to-end material flow, increasing operational efficiency, and enabling scalable, resilient supply chain operations.
- This position is responsible for implementing robust processes, governance frameworks, and performance management systems that enable consistent execution and cross-functional alignment.
- A key component of this role is leveraging AI-driven insights and advanced analytics to improve demand planning, supply planning, and decision-making speed.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement standardized workflows, SOPs, and governance models to ensure consistent execution across all supply chain functions and sites.
- Define, track, and report on key metrics to drive action, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive ERP and System Optimization
- Partner with IT and functional teams to enhance ERP and planning system utilization, improve data integrity, and streamline system-driven processes.
- Build dashboards, reporting structures, and analytics capabilities that provide real-time visibility into supply chain performance and risks.
- Drive cross-functional alignment to implement standardized, scalable processes that maintain flexibility and ensure financial auditability.

- Exempt employees are expected to work as many hours as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities.
- This may require they work more than eight hours a day and more than five days or 40 hours per week.
- BS/BA degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field required
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8-10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain strategy or project leadership.
