  • Successful candidates will be strategic thinkers with hands-on execution capability, comfortable working across Finance, IT, and data teams to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and system scalability.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the Finance leadership to align systems and reporting initiatives with business priorities.
  • Lead discovery sessions with finance stakeholders to document current-state processes, pain points, and requirements.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of finance-related system and reporting enhancements, from requirements through implementation and user adoption.
  • Support and drive enhancements to Oracle Fusion GL and related financial systems.
  • Partner with Business Intelligence and data teams to design dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level reporting.
  • Support testing, validation, and release management for finance system changes.
  • Document business rules, data lineage, and reporting logic to improve transparency and trust in financial reporting.
  • Support change management, communication, and user adoption for finance-related initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes including general ledger, close, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional system or data initiatives.
  • Experience in an IT reseller, technology services, or distribution environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion GL or comparable ERP platforms.
  • Experience with business intelligence, reporting, or analytics tools.
  • Finance Systems Expertise. strong understanding of financial systems, data, and reporting platforms.
  • Occasional, pre-planned, travel may be required for meetings, training, or company events.
