About the role
- The Quality Systems Administrator / Data Analyst is responsible for the administration of Brunswick's Quality Systems (QC2 and EQMS), plant-level data analytics, and coordination of the internal audit program.
Responsibilities
- The position also serves as the point of contact for the Sea Ray Tellico site to drive quality system improvements and reporting enhancements.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite required with emphasis on Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong administrative experience required with ability to work in an office setting processing paperwork and utilizing multiple tracking systems.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in data reporting and analysis.
- Ability to work as an effective team player.
- Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment where designated, including but not limited to, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, etc.
Nice to have
- Experience with QCIS/QC2, EQMS, Compass, or Salesforce
- Audit program coordination experience
- Knowledge of DPU, warranty systems, and manufacturing quality processes
- Experience with Business Objects or Power BI
Skills

- Maintain calibration database for plant assets
- Coordinate internal audit program, including planning and scheduling
- Track audit findings and ensure corrective action closure
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions
- Maintain audit records within EQMS
- Analyze DPU and warranty data for trends and opportunities
- Develop reports using Business Objects, Power BI, Excel
- Generate weekly and monthly reports (High Dollar, DPU, PDI90)
Compensation
- The pay range for this position is $23.07 to $25.75, hourly.
