Develop and secure specifications to ensure Sika solutions are approved, specified, and listed prior to project bidding.
Collaborate closely with local Sika sales teams across all Target Markets to align specification strategies, share market intelligence, and maximize sales opportunities on major projects and key accounts.
Maintain an active presence and dedicate at least three days per week to in-person engagement and building a robust pipeline of specifications and projects.
Deliver compelling presentations and seminars (formal and informal) to diverse audiences, including architects, engineers, contractors, owners, applicators, and design-build firms.
Organize and lead regular meetings or conference calls to update project and account teams on specification developments and progress.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.

The ideal candidate can live anywhere in Florida, but must be near a major airport.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in waterproofing or building envelope-related products.
Field experience with design professionals and contractors is highly desirable.
