About the role
- Wind Technician III serves as a senior on-site technical SME, ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of field operations and troubleshooting of complex wind turbine problems.
- Wind Technician III will assist with solving current problems as well as look at ongoing issues within the wind to improve efficiency and availability.
- They shall know all aspects of safety in the above-mentioned activities.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose root cause remedy & repair of offline turbines to return to service. · Identify turbine performance issues and develop plans to remedy during scheduled maintenance.
- Be a safety advocate and utilize stop work whenever necessary. · Develop and further expand technical knowledge and expertise of currently recognized industry standards for site. · Train and mentor developing technicians in electrical safety and proper maintenance of equipment.

Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license and currently have and be able to maintain a good driving record.
