About the role
- Reporting to the VP of Talent, we are looking for a seasoned Executive Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and has a proven track record of attracting world-class executive talent across a variety of roles in technology companies.
- Note: This position requires presence in our San Francisco office location 5 days per week.
- Leverage and expand extensive candidate networks within the cloud computing, data center, and AI industries.
Responsibilities
- Craft and deliver compelling narrative value propositions for executive candidates considering high-growth infrastructure and startup opportunities.
- Own end-to-end executive search processes for C-suite, VP, and Senior Director-level positions across all business functions.
- Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies for critical leadership roles including Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, DIG, Operations, and Finance.
- Proactively build trust and relationships with top-tier executive talent through industry events, conferences, and strategic networking.
- Manage sophisticated interview processes involving multiple senior stakeholders and rigorous assessment methodologies, and complicated schedules..

Requirements
- Familiarity with cloud computing, AI infrastructure, climate tech, or energy sectors.

Compensation
- Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $255,000 - $275,000 + Bonus.
- Compensation to be determined by the applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
