Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Quality Central Team to define the pending elements of the QOS to be implemented.
- Lead the QOS Implementation Strategy for the Plant.
- Execute a monthly assessment on all the Plant to validate QOS compliance and effectiveness.
- Lead problem-solving initiatives to keep improving and evolving the QOS.
- Collaborate with the QOS Assembly Team to align strategy, priority, audits, and implementation.
- Define, implement, train, and validate effectiveness of the new or updated practices.
- Ensure each practice has the documentation necessary to maintain sustainability.
