About the role
- We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide on-site rounding services in nursing homes/skilled nursing facilities, with a primary focus on treating a combination of acute and chronic pain syndromes.
- This role is ideal for NPs who enjoy independent practice, value consistent schedules, and are comfortable managing complex, medically fragile populations.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage acute and chronic pain conditions
- Prescribe and manage medications, including controlled substances
- Compensation & Support
- Support with onboarding and credentialing
- Autonomy with strong facility support
Requirements
- DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience or strong interest in:
- Travel between facilities is required in some cases
