About the role
- The Tenant Coordination Specialist plays a key role in supporting households through the housing process, from voucher acquisition to lease-up.
- Reporting to the Tenant Coordination Supervisor, the Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for participants, working closely with government agencies, nonprofits, brokers, landlords, and the internal team.
