About the role

This position reports directly to the Director of Implementation - Initial Activations for Alkami's MANTL product.
The salary range for this position is: $126,500 - $157,000 Cool Things to Know Not Just Any Company: Alkami has an awesome diverse and inclusive environment.

3-5 years of experience in software implementation, project management, or technical delivery ideally in a SaaS or fintech environment.
Direct experience working inside a bank or credit union you understand the operational reality of financial institution workflows and retail branch environments from the inside.
Hands-on experience with account opening software, whether as a bank employee, implementation consultant, or vendor, and understanding what "going live" actually means in this context.
People management experience, or a clear, demonstrated readiness to step into a leadership role.
Strong written and verbal communication and set expectations clearly with both financial institution executives and internal stakeholders.
Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
Familiarity with DNA, IBS, Symitar, or other major core banking systems.
Experience managing multiple concurrent implementation projects across diverse financial institution types.
